AGREEMENT PARTIES<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions will be applied for the renter and the customer. The renter is Teekkarilupi Oy and the customer is the tenant, who has booked the Teekkaritalo, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

RENTAL TIME<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The trailer rental time is the same as the Teekkaritalo\u2019s rental time, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

RENTAL TARGET<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The target of the rent is the trailer owned by Teekkarilupi Oy (register number DDJ-624) with its equipment. When picking up the trailer the customer is obliged to check the condition of it and if the trailer or the equipment require any sort of notice, the customer must inform Teekkarilupi Oy immediately.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

USING THE TRAILER<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The customer must use the trailer with care and the use must be appropriate and conventional. In addition to regular maintenance, the customer must not fix or have it repaired with a third party without the agreement of Teekkarilupi Oy. The customer is responsible for using the trailer in accordance with the traffic code legislation (driving license category, gross weight, speed, load binding). The rented trailer must not be taken abroad without a separate written agreement from Teekkarilupi
Oy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

TRAILER HANDOVER AND RETURN<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The trailer will be handed over from the parking lot of Teekkaritalo, address Kalervontie 7, 90570 Oulu. The key will be handed over from the cabinet inside the Teekkaritalo. The code to the cabinet will be given to the customer when the trailer has been booked. The customer must return the trailer and its equipment not later than the rental time ends. The returned trailer and equipment must be cleaned and be returned in a similar condition as they were during handover. The trailer key must be returned during the rental time of Teekkaritalo to the same cabinet located in the hallway and the cabinet must be locked. If the key has not been returned before the rental time ends, a 50-euro delay fee will be collected from the customer.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACCOUNTABILITY OF CUSTOMER<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The customer is responsible to cover any repair costs resulted from careless use during the rental time. The customer is responsible to reimburse for a re-purchase value of a new trailer if the trailer is destroyed or disappeared. Teekkarilupi Oy has a right to collect any possible cleaning or repair costs separately from the customer. The customer is responsible for the trailer, its usage in road traffic, the load they are transporting and the binding of the load in every situation from the handover of the trailer to its return. The customer is responsible to secure and lock the trailer after its use. The cover, tool box and the pole lock must be locked. The attachment wire must be attached to the pole lock. The locking will be checked after the use.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACCOUNTABILITY OF TEEKKARILUPI OY<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Teekkarilupi Oy is responsible for repairing costs of the normal wear of the trailer. The landlord is not responsible for possible direct or indirect costs or damage occurring to the customer from the usage or breakdown of the trailer.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The trailer has been insured with a traffic insurance and a full comprehensive insurance by Teekkarilupi Oy. The deductible amount in an accident is 200 euros.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

REIMBURSEMENT<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Any possible service, repair and cleaning costs caused by the customer will be billed afterwards. Missing key will be billed according to the lock\u2019s re-installation costs. Missing locks, load straps or other trailer equipment
will be billed according to the re-purchase costs.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

RESCHEDULING THE RENTAL CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The customer has no rights to reschedule the rental contract. The customer has also no rights to handover the trailer to a third party even partially without a written agreement from Teekkarilupi Oy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

CONTROVERSIES<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Every controversy about this rental contract will be settled in arbitration.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
