Teekkaritalo,bringing joy to people since 1993!

From Teekkaritalo you can find a main hall, kitchen and two saunas with showers. Teekkaritalo can be reserved by everyone* for all kinds of events.

The reservation, 450€ (incl. tax), normally begins at 16 o’clock and ends at 10 o'clock on the next day. It is possible to start earlier, for that see ‘Additional services’ below. During the reservation, the customer can use the chairs, tables etc. provided by us and the yard of the property. Students of University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences can get a student discount. Note that if the student discount is used, you have to use your student-email address in the reservation.

The reservation price includes two hours of normal cleaning. If more demanding cleaning (broken bottles, vomit etc.) is required, the customer will be billed the work that takes over two hours to complete. Please note that cleaning of the yard is not included in the price. We can demand an additional 400€ deposit if we see a high chance for property damage. The deposit will be used to cover the repair cost of possible damages, meaning that if there is no damage done to the property the deposit is fully returned. *We reserve the ability to deny reservations from groups that likely include a lot of underage people (eg. secondary education students) or otherwise have previously caused major incidents or have unpaid bills.
